About Registration
Registration Dates
Due to space limitations, only 25 attendees are permitted per institution

Registration Rate Rises: After January 12th, 2025, before the rate rases for late registration.

Registration Closes: OPEN until ALL spots are filled (250 participants) OR February 20th, 2025
Register BEFORE January 12th, 2025

WACUHO Members: $35 (each student leader & 1-2 advisors)
For Non-Members and Late Registration AFTER January 12th, 2025

Non-Members & Late Registration: $40 (each student leader & 1-2 advisors)

Registration Closes: OPEN to fill the 250 capacity OR by February 20th, 2025.
Step 1: Register

Registration for the conference is now open. If you are already registered, please ensure that you have completed Steps 2 & 3. We will see you on Saturday, February 22nd, 2025!
Step 2: Emergency Contact
-
The registration form will ask the advisor to fill out emergency contact information for those attending the conference, the student leaders and advisors.

DEADLINE: The emergency contact information will be due February 20th, 2025.
Step 3: ACUHO-I Invoices
-
ACUHO-I will be sending invoices to the institutions that are attending the conference. Please refer to the Registration form for more information. Keep an eye out for more information from them.
