Event Page Access on the App

1.

Search for and select "WACUHO" for event/organization

2.

On the log in page, select Log in with an Email Link"

3.

Enter your email and click "Send Link"

4.

From your device, open your email app and find the email with subject line "Log in to WACUHO" click "Log In Now"

5.

Once in, you should see the WACE 2024 event page - Click "Enter Access Code"

6.

When prompted, enter the password "MAGIC"

7.

Set up your participation preference if prompted - these can be changed later in your settings too

8.

Are you a New Professional or a first-time attendee? Need a reminder of things to prepare for WACE? This page is for you! Read through below for some reminders of things to bring, do, and remember! Keep checking back for updates as more conference information is shared.

Plan Your Meals

The following meals are provided by WACE. Prepare to feed yourself outside of these times.

What to Wear

WACE does not set a dress code for the conference. We suggest dressing comfortably and representing your best self!
During sessions and social activities, many are dressed in smart casual or comfortable clothes.
During the opening, Monday, and closing banquets, you'll find that some people move up to something a little dressier. This is not required.

Packing Suggestions

Dress for Comfort: We suggest dressing comfortably and representing your best self!
Comfortable Shoes: Don't forget to bring comfortable shoes to navigate the conference venue comfortably.
Networking Materials: Bring business cards or other networking materials to exchange contact information with fellow attendees.
Weather-Appropriate Clothing: Pack jackets, a small umbrella (just in case), and sunscreen!
Chargers and Power Banks: Bringing chargers for your electronic devices and power banks.

- Commuters must validate parking in El Prado Foyer each day

Offsite Parking

- Rate: $24 per night for overnight parking past midnight
- Rate: $20 plus tax for daily parking (must exit by 11:59pm)

Family Game Night

Step into a world of wonder at WACUHO's Family Game Night! Join the Host committee for an evening where laughter and bonding unite as families engage in classic and new games alike!

Rest, Recharge & Connect!

The Commuter and Recharge Lounge is intended to be a quiet space for conference attendees who are commuting in to relax, get some work done and recharge between sessions. The Commuter Lounge will be located in the Promenade Boardroom. Hours of operation:
4/15: 9:30am-11:45am/1:30pm-4:45pm
4/16: 7:00am-11:45am/1:00pm-5:45pm
4/17: 8:00am-10:45am

The Hospitality Suite

The Hospitality Suite is a great space to start the day or decompress after dinner, chat with new friends and colleagues, play games, and grab some snacks or a quick breakfast item. Attendees are invited to pack a game or two to bring to the suite and play with guests!! The Hospitality Suite is open mornings and evenings throughout the conference! Hours of operation:
